It certainly has been a while!
And I am back to report on the time I spent as a full-time proselyting missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (www.mormon.org/ for the website based off our faith's nickname, or www.lds.org/?lang=eng if you want to check out the main website about our church. Cheers!).
I had the pleasure and opportunity to serve 1 year and 1/2 in the Japan, Tokyo South Mission. Which is basically the outlying suburbs of Tokyo, not the city of Tokyo itself. XD (Like the difference between New York State versus New York City. New York really does cover more than just that little island--otherwise the X-Men would be homeless! Similarly, Tokyo covers more than just the city.)
The people there are the kindest I've ever met. <3 I love Japan, and I miss it. But simultaneously I am glad to be home, among family and friends.
It may be a little while before I am back to playing an active part in the DA community, but when I do you'll be seeing both artwork and photography. In the meanwhile, feel free to ask me about my time in Japan and the people I love that live there.
I look forward to hearing from you all, and I hope that you are doing well!
よろしくおねがいします!

Noah-Level Flood
Whether you know it or not, I still have scores and scores of art that I need to post left over from my time in the Tokyo South, Japan area as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
My goal today is to get as much of it posted as I possibly can, resulting in a huge influx of art.
So. I will be posting a lot very, very soon. You've been warned. *salutes*

A Fond Farewell
So, I know that I said that I would be going on a mission a while back and now it's finally happening.
On Wednesday the 20th of August I will be entering the Missionary Training Center for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints where I will spend two months learning Japanese before heading off to an area just outside of Tokyo, Japan for 18 months (a year and a half).
I've had a long run on Deviantart and it's my hope that when I get back I'll be able to pick up where I left things--especially in the pursuit of art.
Thank you, everyone, for your friendship and kindness. Thank you for your time and your thoughts, and especially for
Blanket Statement
So it's obviously been a while since I posted one of these things. That being said, I wanted to let everyone know what has been going on in my life. :)
I graduated with my Associates Degree in Illustration in the Spring of 2013. I'm actually three (math) classes short of a degree in Animation, as well. Since then I've mostly been working--overnight shifts and the like--and currently I'm in the darkest depths of the worst of Christmas season.
I haven't drawn as much lately, as I've been more focused on writing, and neither of the two are a real priority right now. I am getting ready to go on a full-time religious proselyting mission for the

I, erm, just realized how old the last journal was and wanted to get it off the screen. ^^;
In any case, an update:
I've been extremely busy lately. I will be graduating with a non-transferable Associates Degree in Illustration on May 9th (and a transferable one in Animation once I finish two more math classes and Storyboarding. Booya). Currently I'm fighting with some General Education Classes, but I'm almost to the end (four more class periods, I think? So two weeks-ish). I also had to cut back on work, as I just. couldn't. get. anything. done.
I haven't been drawing much these days, but I have started another fanfic that I think I may a
